RxWatchtower: Supporting a Smooth 1/1 Transition

A popular holiday tune calls December the most wonderful time of the year. In the PBM world, it’s also the most busy time of the year – packed with activities related to new client implementation and onboarding of new members. In anticipation of a 1/1 start date, the tasks are many: processing eligibility, setting up plan details, issuing ID cards and helping members when they call with questions, just to name a few.
