About

Our History, People & Future.

We are a change agent bringing integrity and clarity to the PBM industry. As leaders, we remain committed to doing what is right, instead of what is easy.

PBM Reinvented

Liviniti grew from a commitment to offer an uncomplicated approach to managing pharmacy benefits. One based on transparency, affordability, quality, service and innovation. Our name describes the future that we envision – one with infinite possibilities for better living.

A Bold Approach

When we set out in 2011 as Southern Scripts to reshape pharmacy benefit management, it was because we believed there was a better way. Throughout our journey, we’ve never been afraid to challenge widely accepted industry practices or to pioneer a better model. We see that the concept of “transparency” is gaining momentum. At Liviniti, we’ve been delivering it for more than a decade.

Clarity of Purpose

We never lose sight of the people who rely on life-changing medication to treat complex conditions and ultimately live their best lives. We’re here to help them save money that they never knew they could.

OUR LEADERSHIP

Our leaders are energized by the pursuit of better. Defying the complexities of this industry, we offer an exception to the status quo. Our seasoned executive team leads with passion, deep expertise and relentless determination as we innovate for a better tomorrow, finding new ways to improve the quality of pharmacy care.
